Training and Studies
We believe that the best strategy for attracting successful employees is to support them in their entry into professional life at a young age through training or dual college degrees.
We always pursue the goal of taking on students or trainees after successful training and retaining them in the long term. That's why almost 10% of our staff are in training - across all departments. Due to our own high vertical range of manufacture and the competences in the areas of software and hardware development as well as project management, sales and marketing, we train in a wide variety of areas. In addition, we are happy to award and supervise internships or bachelor's or master's theses.
